Green Building Index (GBI)

GBI is designed specifically for the tropical climate (hot and humid) and Malaysia’s current social, infrastructure and economic development. GBI is developed by Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia (ACEM). It is a professionally driven initiative to lead the property industry towards becoming more environment-friendly. The rating system gives opportunity for developers and building owners to design and construct green buildings that can provide energy and water savings, a healthier indoor environment, better connectivity to public transport and the adoption of recycling and greenery of their projects.

All InviroTech Products are Green Cost Items that help you get GBI certification.
